Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and unworn, with tags
- In its original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
How to Start a Return
Do not send your item back without contacting us first. To initiate a return, contact us at witchytap2026@gmail.com. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at witchytap2026@gmail.com. In these cases, we will issue a full refund — no return required.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. International Orders
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The same eligibility conditions apply.
